You and your team have given all the delegates one of the most memorable FCBM Conferences in its history. After the stupendous success of the 2019 Conference hosted by RCBMA in Jaipur and under the most testing times prevailing throughout 2020 and 2021 this has indeed been a marvelous achievement. Many of us have witnessed many a Conference but hosting a Conference of this magnitude in the face of such unsurmountable adversities will truly be unique in the history of FCBM. You deserve all the laurels. The manner in which you have marshalled your resources and shown extreme flexibility in facing whatever challenge thrown your way is truly unbelievable. Given the circumstances and unpredictability throughout the country rising upto the challenge and managing everything from sponsorship, exhibition, delegate registration and even overcoming the lastminutechallenge thrown by local municipal elections declared during the dates of the Conference speaks volumes of the tenacity, dedication and supreme confidence and selfbelief in you and your team. I truly believe that circumstances had to give up and give in, in your favor knowing that nothing can shake or bend your intense desire to deliver on the Conference.
AND DELIVER YOU’LL DID, TEAM EICMA.
There is not one thing that I can put a finger on that stood out. The hospitality, venue, logistics arrangements, banquet arrangements, quality of technical sessions, evening cultural arrangements were all a notch higher than whatever we have ever witnessed. I am sure most of the delegates had come in anticipation of few shortcomings in every aspect given the extremely trying circumstances this conference was being hosted and the unpredictability of situation till the very last day. However, we have all been simply blown away by the show put forth by Team EICMA and you have surely surpassed everyone’s expectations. It will not be possible for me to acknowledge the efforts and dedication shown by every member of TEAM EICMA personally and would request you to convey my sincere gratitude to each one of them for the wonderful hospitality and unforgettable memories of the Conference. Thanks!
